Charms of Saimaa Summer Tour
The charming tour takes participants via Sahalahti in Puumala or Hotel Satulinna in Hirvensalmi and to Savonlinna, where you can spend a charming day cruising on the nostalgic steamships SS Punkaharju, SS Paul Wahl and SS Heinävesi, savouring the delicacies of the Huvila Brewery Restaurant and relaxing at the Lomamokkila Farm. From Savonlinna, the tour continues to Rantasalmi and to the romantic Hotel Ruusuhovi, very close to the Linnansaari National Park, and from here on towards Mikkeli. On the way, it’s worth stopping to admire Rapio’s historical mill setting, visit the special clothes shop Butiken på Landet and the Kenkävero parsonage. A delicious lunch can be enjoyed at Tertti Manor. Before getting back to home we suggest you to have a short visit to the Ollinmäki Wine Farm to taste some sweet berry wines.
